ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

Oxford is the birthplace of British coffee culture. The first coffee house opened on the High Street in 1650, and Queen's Lane coffee house is the oldest continuously serving coffee house in Europe!

 

We're gathering to celebrate that incredible legacy and all of the innovation and deliciousness that has been built upon it. Join us to discover the stories behind your favourite brews and the passionate individuals who bring them to life.

FAQs

Tickets: tickets are required for entry to The Oxford Coffee Festival, you can expect plenty of coffee samples, tastings, demos and thrilling competitions! Learn all things coffee from how to brew coffee at home to unique worldwide roasting stories from our expert coffee roasters. Don’t forget to visit the first-ever Oxford Latte Art Throwdown.

Masterclasses: tickets to masterclasses are only valid with a general admission ticket to the festival. if a masterclass falls outside your ticketed time-slot, you will still be able to attend. There is a separate entrance to the masterclass room.

Accessibility: the kings centre is a fully accessible venue, with both accessible entrances and toilets. if you need any form of assistance while at the festival, please ask a member of the team who will be happy to help.

dogs: unfortunately, dogs, except guide dogs, are not permitted in the kings centre.
